We had a really positive experience with Adnan when he visited our home to assess my daughter, who has had long-standing hearing issues due to excessive earwax.

From the outset, he was extremely accommodating and professional. Rather than rushing into treatment, he advised us to delay the procedure to give her ears time to settle — something I really appreciated as it showed genuine care rather than a transactional approach.

At the appointment, he thoroughly examined her ears and made a detailed video recording. He took the time to show and explain everything clearly, including identifying what appeared to be an infection (a white substance deep in the ear). This was especially helpful, as we had previously been told by a pharmacist that white meant clear — clearly not the case.

We have an upcoming ENT appointment and he offered really helpful advice on how to approach it and what to expect, which has given me much more confidence going in.

He also took the time to discuss my daughter’s swimming issues and helped us understand options for custom moulds to protect her ears — something no one else had previously mentioned.

Overall, I was very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for my daughter’s well-being. Highly recommended.

My mum was really bad, completely deaf and very sore and upset as she'd been poking with earbuds (a serious No No) and as she's bed bound was anxious if she'd be able to be sorted. Also sorting my dad who also had been advised on a recent hospital visit that he needed doing needed a clean out.
