I did not contact Mr Ears until lunchtime and he kindly came out later that same day to see my 92 year old mother. She was very nervous and he was lovely with her, explaining exactly what he was doing and showing us the procedure on the camera, to reassure her. He was very polite and professional and we would certainly use him again.

Fantastic service was very friendly and professional with his work. Noticed a big difference in my hearing. Would highly recommend Mr Ears.

Adnan did such a great job with my mother-in law. It was a tough job due to her collapsed ear canal but he preserved and her hearing has improved.

Great service from Mr Ears. Managed to book an appointment for the Sunday as my son needed his ears doing urgently and ended up getting mine done too! Adnan is a lovely guy. He explained everything clearly. The procedure was quick and painless and was carried out in our own home which was very convenient. Very happy with our 'new ears' and would definitely recommend 🙂
