Great service from Mr Ears. Managed to book an appointment for the Sunday as my son needed his ears doing urgently and ended up getting mine done too! Adnan is a lovely guy. He explained everything clearly. The procedure was quick and painless and was carried out in our own home which was very convenient. Very happy with our 'new ears' and would definitely recommend 🙂

I contacted Mr Ears because I was having issues with my hearing due to a significant build-up of ear wax. He responded quickly and arranged an appointment promptly, which was greatly appreciated.

The wax removal wasn’t straightforward because there was quite a lot of build-up, but he was patient, professional and persistent throughout the process. He took the time needed to fully clear the blockage rather than rushing and the difference in my hearing afterwards was incredible.

What stood out most was how reassuring and caring he was. He regularly checked how I was feeling during the procedure, explained what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. The treatment was completely pain-free and I felt at ease from start to finish.
